I am from Lancaster PA, and I called Ed in the middle of a moving crisis for a family member. He was quick to respond, called in additional backup for help and stayed well over the 4 hours I requested (it was much needed) . He went ABOVE AND BEYOND what I had been expecting when I was scrambling for last minute help.
